About the Event:
Join us for a spooky Halloween adventure around The Gardening Club! Follow the clues to find 16 hidden Halloween pictures and enjoy a fun family challenge while exploring the store.
How it Works:
- Collect your map and clue sheet from the Customer Service Desk
- Write down each image you find (e.g., pumpkin, ghost, etc.)
- Return your completed sheet for a Halloween treat!
- Takes around 25-45 minutes to complete
Always About Trick or Trail
Something spooky has been happening at The Gardening Club at Adrian Hall… Sixteen mysterious Halloween images have appeared all around the store - and it's up to you to find them! Each riddle will guide you closer to the next hidden picture.
Look carefully, think creatively, and follow the trail through every part of the store — from pumpkins and decorations to the food hall, plants, and even our frostiest friends in the polar bear band!
Your mission: Solve each riddle, find all 16 images, and complete your sheet to earn a Halloween treat! Are you ready to begin the hunt?
What is Trick or Trail?
Trick or Trail is a fun Halloween scavenger hunt through The Gardening Club at Adrian Hall. Hidden around the store are 16 Halloween images — from pumpkins to ghosts and everything in between.
You'll receive:
🗺️ A map showing every section of the store
📍 A unique starting point marked on your map
✍️ A space to write down each image you discover
Each time you find a hidden Halloween picture, write down what you see (for example: witch, black cat, or pumpkin). Then, read the next riddle to uncover your next spooky surprise!
When you've found all 16 images, return to the Customer Service Desk to claim your Halloween prize.

Important Info:
- Parents or guardians must accompany children at all times
- Please don't move, touch, or remove any hidden pictures
- Pictures are not hidden inside displays — only around them, so no need to dig or move items
- Be mindful of other shoppers and staff while exploring

How To Take Part:
- Visit the Customer Service Desk to collect your Trick or Trail map
- Your map will show your unique starting point
- Read the riddle and explore that section to find the hidden Halloween picture
- Write down what you see beside the correct number on your sheet
- Follow the next clue to your next location
- Continue until you've found all 16 hidden images
- Return your completed sheet to the Customer Service Desk to collect your treat
Please Remember:
- Stay with your grown-ups - this is a self-guided activity, not a supervised one
- Respect all displays and merchandise - please don't climb or move items
- All clues and pictures stay in place so everyone can enjoy the fun
- Take your time and enjoy the spooky adventure - there's no rush!
